How do you hide your porn?

Personally I create a folder called "NetworkClientZT256", create two sub-folders within called "Internal" and "Technical", create two sub-folders in each of them given names such as "ConvertDataAspAPI98", so that they all look like system folders - no one's gonna and no one didn't touch them so far.
I store them all in my external hard drive (I rarely share it, because I fear that a search will bring up results, despite my attempt to hide them in sub-folders (= heck the effort I made and will turn out I wasn't as smart as I thought)). If you have a hard drive, you just hide the folder and enable the visibility of hidden folders every time you plan to leech and/or seed.

It's a bit of a problem, but since I lost all of my data from external hdd recently, I can't seed those files anymore, which is lame. So, temporarily, I have them stored in normal folders, watching out who and why is using my laptop.

Create different user accounts on the computer if you are not the only user, make yours as Admin, and the others be guests, use a strong password.

In the properties of your porn folder change to Hidden and then learn the route

Save it in an external drive
or
use a cloud folder
or
create a winrar file with password or your porn

I use the hidden feature so if I ever have people that might see me use my computer I turn the hidden off. Also it's in a folder named "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull". I know some people use "Coldplay".

Should I wanna hide mine, I'd prefer it to be easily accessible by me. So encryption over buried folder for me.

Even if i chose the buried folder option, the folders would be named so that it would be the first in every folder, then all i have to do is double click several times.

• 1 for Truecrypt, preferably on a dedicated hard drive, otherwise set an encrypted file anywhere and mount it as needed. Do not use the recently destroyed version that was put out after the developers decided they hated mankind. 7.1a is the version you should download!

Any other method of video hiding is extremely transparent… a friend with WinDirStat will find your videos, make a copy, and fap to them when you aren't looking. Just sayin'.

First, like everyone else said, buried down deep folders. Mine, I don't know maybe 6-7 layers from the surface folders.

But, since my laptop memory limited, I found a save way by burnt it all to DVD. And now, I have 136 DVDs, all gay porn, well some of them straight but no more than 3 DVD. In this case you can called me porn freak haha 

Now, the problem, how can I keep that pile of DVDs. When I had just some DVDs, it's easy to hide it under book or rack, but now I can;t do that anymore. I just put all of in DVD case and just put it in my closet. I never worry, because no one gonna see it or look for it. In fact, no one bother enter my room. So its safe.

+1 for "I don't".  Like some other posters, I'm an adult and I don't have to worry about siblings or parents going snooping on my computer.

Another +1 for TrueCrypt.  I use that for my kink stuff.  In the unlikely event that someone accesses my porn stash, they won't be shocked or surprised to find out that I'm gay (at least they shouldn't be if they've been paying any attention at all.  At the same time, I'd prefer that it be a little more difficult to find out that I think watersports play is hot…

Different strokes for different folks, I'm all about people protecting things to their comfort level. My friends are so terrified of the porn I keep on my phone that they're extremely cautious about even picking it up.

Another +1 for encryption. Encrypt the entire external drive you're going to use and just mount/unmount (lock/unlock).

Just be cautious with the shortcuts/links if you're using Windows. It maintains a list of recently opened files (docs, music, videos) so if the filename is a bit descriptive, it will show up in your recent items.

I don't. I just labelled my external HDD 'Porn Centre' and filled the main area with fisting videos to make a friend of mine afraid to ever snoop around my stuff.

I got Windows 8 Pro for £25 when it first came out which was a bargain as it is now more like £100.  It has bitlocker included, which I think is pretty decent encryption software, with some recovery options you can hide awy so you are't completely screwed.  I have a 1TB USB 3 (not full!) which no one should ever be able to get into.  I sleep easier now.

Assuming Bitlocker is as good as I think, either be rich and buy Windows 8 pro, or wait for the next sale, which I'd say is likely from the increasingly desperate Microsoft (Kinect free MS One's!).

Yeah it pisses me off greatly and crashes at a lot of startups which I am sure Win7 didn't do but I might be remembering wrong and it might also be a coincidence as I have 2 SSDs now and more devices plugged in.  As soon as there is a viable alternative, I'm out.  But right now, I dont want some hard to work and be compatible with anything Linux option, or some still ludicrously cloud based Google solution, so I am stuck here I'm afraid.  I like bitlocker though and the whole thing is pretty speedy.  Also, Linux might have good options, but I am recently got passed the point where I can handle new tech, just ask the guys helping me with my porn uploads.  I think 1 of 7 has worked, and I am about to call time on Jessie Balboa dildoing, self fisting, gaping and rosebudding for good.
