Hi Folks I could really do with some help please I am new to this site but am very confused about how I increase my ratios etc Can anyone help me

Ratio is increased by seeding what you downloaded and by uploading new videos.
Basically, leave your torrent open, after you download a video, it will start to seed it. The more other people download it, the more your ratio will increase. And if the videos you have are not popular, just by leaving your torrent open, you will gain Bonus, which you can trade by ratio.
My advice, at the beginning avoid downloading files that are too large (above 2gb). Download them when you have a better ratio.

That last line by bear1515 is the clincher - so many new members grab every movie going, get a bad ratio and find it hard to struggle back.
The number one way to increase your ratio is to upload a torrent of your own although it is sometimes difficult to find something that is not a duplicate.
