LGBTQ Movie Data Bases & Review Sites?

Can anyone suggest good sites with searchable reviews of not XXX movies with LGBTQ themes?
These can be general sites like IMDb and TMDb or more specific to a language, a country or LGBTQ content.
The more you can propose the better, best with a short summary of the pro's and con's of that site. Perhpas you start with your personal gotos first.
The site can be in any language, it does not need to be English.

I am reading 'must not' as 'need not' be in English

Gaycelluloid is a great resource already mentioned. I would like to recommend the book (in PDF or e-book) form, The Bent Lens: A World Guide to Gay & Lesbian Film. You can find it on the pirate bay. I have also seen it on other torrenting sites.
The book breaks movies into Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Fringe as well as an A to Z listing.
