Video collection

Hi all,
I was wondering how you all organize your video files? I have folders by genre (e.g. Bear, hunk, etc.) but I would like some sort of media library where I could tag videos, say by actor and series, that sort of thing. Anyone have any suggestions for something like this? Basically an iTunes for videos or something with tagging.

I usually sort by site… i.e. BelAmi Online, MEN, Sean Cody...in seperate folders

I do it in a mixed way of the 2 previous posts.
1. Have multiple hard drives and have one for each type of video; ie TV, Movie, Porn - Twink/Frat, Porn - Hunk, etc, etc.
2. On each hard drive, I then make studio folders.
