Avoiding duplicate torrents help

Hello
i have been messaged to re-seed some torrents.
The problem is I deleted the torrent files from my utorrent after seeding for a while and now dont know how to re-seed so it is visible to gaytorrents searchers and counts for my upload quota etc.
All the advice i can find for starting a torrent is for brand new files and it says dont make a duplicate.
But there is no advice that i can find for re-seeding a file for a torrent that already exists in the gaytorrents search.Can anyone advise?

With the reseed request message you get a link to the page of the torrent requested to be reseed. Click the "Download" button there, and you'll get the .torrent file again.
Then direct the download to the directory containing the data (movie) file you've got already and after a recheck your torrent client will start seeding it.
