会员联属计划=无限数量的邀请吗？

从会员联属计划内容来看，好象并没有限制新加入的用户人数。
那每个成员都可以让无限个人（朋友或陌生人）加入GT，并由此增加自己的点数？
如果新成员都可以通过会员联属计划加入，那系统原来的“邀请”，不就是一点用也没有了？
还是会员联属计划也有要求？
