궁금한게 있는데 적정?규정된 ratio가 안되면 하루에 1개도 다운못하나요??

레이쇼가 0.4 미만으로 내려갔을 때 아마 경고 메시지가 전송되었을걸로 생각됩니다.
Gracetime days (유예기간:이경우에는 12일) 이내에 레이쇼를 올리지 못하시면 다운로드가 불가능합니다.
하지만 레이쇼가 낮다고 해서 계정이 정지되지는 않습니다.
