Can't download from torrent, but can seed?

Just tried downloading from some torrents I downloaded, but the progress bar doesn't seem to be retrieving any data. My previous downloaded torrents seem to be uploading/seeding fine. But currently doesn't seem to be downloading anything atm.
Any suggestions? I tried looking up the hosts through opening up the hosts file in my etc folder located under drivers. But I didn't see any ip addresses related to the Gaytorrent.ru server. As suggested from a previous thread to add a "#", which I couldn't do with no ip address listed, im running out of ideas.
Using uTorrent 3.2.3 Build, Windows 7 Ultimate -
Our tracker has some issues right now. The Administrators are informed. Please be patient.
If your torrent client programme was connected to the tracker before the issue, it will know peers and directly connects to them. However on new added torrents, it can't get the peer information from the tracker and therefore start downloading.
