Problemas con un torrent que subi

Hola a todos
Los administradores me mandaron este mensaje y lo único que tengo para traducirlo es mediante el traductor de google, y la verdad que con la traducción no entiendo mucho lo que me quieren decir….......... si alguien me puede ayudar

Hola Tinno

Recibiste este mensaje debido a que probablemente cerraste tu cliente de torrents y/o apagaste tu PC antes de terminar de subir (seed) tu archivo. Las reglas generales indican que debes subir el torrent al menos hasta que haya alrededor de 3 seeds con el torrent completado, esto lo logras simplemente dejando tu cliente de torrents abierto y tu PC encendida y conectada a Internet.
