Poll about Anarchy 2.0 and Deep Web Sux

What was that poll about? I voted, like the majority, to indicate that I had no idea what it meant. I then did a google search, but came up with nothing that seemed relevant. I mean I've heard of the deep web (and the related invisible web) years ago, but I don't think that's what the poll was referring to.
As far as I can see the poll appears to have gone now.

Tom put up a poll for about 3 hours –- he wanted to see how many people heard of the deep web. After 600 votes, it was about 10% and then he terminated it.
