By the apparent picture numbers on each picture are what appear to be Chinese symbols or writing. If someone could translate that for you that may be the clue you need.

The Chinese character means 'card' in English.

I tried to search for the artist name; end up in A LOT of Chinese sites, a couple of Thai and a few English but still could not find this guy's name, just got a couple more of his illustrations though…
