除了Quick torrent maker外,就没有其他软件可以做种子吗?

我在百度,google根本搜索不到Quick torrent maker这个软件,也无从下载安装.是不是就表示我没有办法在中国大陆的任何一台电脑上做种?
如果还有其他软件能够做种,比如Bitcomet(比特彗星),这个软件可以做种吗?
具体流程(种子的制作——发布——下载)又是怎样的呢?
版主能采用“图文”的形式教一下吗?或者给个Quick torrent maker软件的下载地址???
