As someone who has been cut way too tight, I would tend to disagree with this statement.

When a full erection causes tearing and pain, that's way too tightly cut.

SO, Uncut, and not shaved/not hairy, but natural bush around the base is my preference.

Very true. I had a tight circumcision when i was younger. It made masturbation somewhat trickier. I have since stretched it out to comfortable degree.
