下载权限被taken，怎么才能重新获得下载权限？

我的是国内的饿ADSL拨号上网，下载速度很快，但是上行速度奇慢，导致我的ratio很低。
虽然如此，我还是坚持不关机上传以平衡ratio（我的是笔记本，长时间不关机…请理解）
随着我的下载量的增大，对ratio的要求点数越来越高，我之前没有发现，还是把我的ratio维持在0.34上下。
我长时间不登录了，再登上来的时候发现下载权限被taken。
现在用我的是新的电脑，没有任何以前下载过的种子了，无法上传，我自己又没有新的片源可以上传，请问我怎么才能重新获得下载权限？

一种方法是到别的网站去下载电影然后上传到这里来，另一种就是捐钱了。
不过我看到你今天上传了一个新种子，别人也给了你一些做种的奖励。继续上传一些新的种子吧，你还差2.9GB,下载权就回来了。

可以考虑用电骡之类下载一些影片，然后自己做种上传～～～
ADSL做种不要贪多，最好是那种短小精悍的资源，最多1G左右就可以了
