Changes in ratio requirements

Hi there, my ratio went down some time ago below previous miminum of 6.0.
I have now regained the 6.0, but have only just realised that the minimum ratio has risen to 6.5 and that I will most probably not be able to regain it in 7 days that's left. What happened there? Does it always go up like that and why?

Hi beatdis, on this site we have a policy where the minimum ratio of a users increases as he downloads more, to ensure fair sharing.
This is why your minimum ratio increased, take a look at this thread for the table - http://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=6191.0After the 7 days your download rights will be taken away, so all you will be able to do is seed.
But not to worry, you still have those 7 days which is more than enough time for you to bring your ratio up.What you should do now is download a couple of torrents with many leechers and less seeders (like the newest torrents), these are the best for ratio improvement because while you are downloading the torrent you will seed and also once you are done you will seed more than you would on an old torrent.
You also have seed bonus points to exchange but im guessing you're waiting to reach 350 points, which is ok, but just remember they're there incase you need them.
