that answer is not completely correct - the minimum uploaded amount has been increased to 40GB (not 25 as mentioned there) the rest is the same 4 weeks and 1.05 ratio

(its in our FAQ http://tracker.gaytor.rent/faq.php#317 )

and the privilege is the number of torrents you can download simultaneously - http://tracker.gaytor.rent/rules.php#96

If your upload is > 25GB and your ratio is:
< 0.750 = 7 torrents
< 1.000 = 8 torrents

1.000 = 15 torrents

You can also invite friends to the tracker.  That way they don't have to wait for the 1st of the month to join.
