I dont understand why I cant download any torrents my ratio ?

can someone please help me to be able to download torrents again , i donated money last week and I thought that would allow me to get torrents but now it wont let me im soo confused ???

Unfortunately, the ratio shown on your personal page isn't always correct. It only shows the next value you must meet. Once you reach that value, it shows the next value and so on.
Personally, I'd prefer if it showed the highest value you have to reach for your ratio at the time.
