How do we ask for help when a torrent doesn't download properly?

I tried to download Bootlust Collection 414, but it stopped at 34%. I commented on it, but didn't get a reply and I can't request a re-seed. Any advice? I really want this torrent!

There are 5 seeders so far and snatched 31x, [it is possible that others are not distributing properly]
this is related to bandwidth [connectivity] issues …
try to remove the torrent [not the file] and re-download…
wait until check status is done...

you can no longer ask request re-seed if there are more than 3 seeder…
