Time Zone - Profile

My apologies if this has been address somewhere else, but the only posting I found was from way back in 2007.
Is there a way to update our profile time zones to our current time zone? For example, right now the system is showing the date/time as Jan 3, 2021, 11:22pm. However I am in the US/Eastern Time Zone where is it only 5:24pm.
Honestly, its really not that big of a deal, and I may not have noticed it if the site did ask me "Shouldn't you be going to bed soon?" haha.

It's under Look and Layout Preferences under Profile / Modify Profile.
Direct link for you to offset for your time zone is https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?action=profile;u=553576;sa=theme (you can input the difference or click to autodetect).
Have not noticed that this setting varied when I was told to go to bed or that I'm awesome. Still waiting for it to acknowledge the entire time spectrum and stating I'm awesome in bed.
