This is blatant fraud. If only a certain number, say 100 are registered, and you have 101 vote, then clearly, it's invalid. It's basic math.

I don't remember his name, but there's a black US Olympic wrestler who lives in Tennessee now for training and he apparently voted in his home state as well.
He didn't request an absentee ballot because he now lives in another state and votes there. His home state has only confirmed that his mail-in ballot was sent to an in-state address.
He's also not a Trump supporter.
