Xfinity corrupting .torrent files?

Is anyone else having problems loading .torrent files from this site? I'm getting "not valid bencoding" errors on all the torrents i've tried to load into BitTorrent in the past two days. When i do a search on the issue the most common cause is the isp deliberately scrambling the file, but when i look at the torrent in a text editor it doesn't look obviously messed up.
