First tip is to get a lot of dietary fiber in your diet either in food or supplement. I find metamucil really works for me since eating a lot of vegetables is always not easy.
Fiber helps in regularity and makes your stool bulky meaning it will be easier to pass thus making your bottom cleaner.
Next is you can buy a douche kit online. Just squirt water inside your ass till the water runs clean.

invest on a handheld bidet. just point the nozzle in your hole and let it clean your insides then expel. repeat if necessary until the water comes out clear. one of the best investment in my sexual life. lol!

Using an enema. It could be a hand-held one or one that goes as a shower attachment; just make sure to give yourself about 30 or so minutes after the enema. Sometimes, there may be some leftover water that needs some time to naturally pass.
Also, make sure you go a couple rounds. It's done properly when the water runs clear.
