Here is what I figure out, since there is no option from download only discard…
click on the 3 dots on the top right of your browser and click on downloads
click >>> Keep dangerous file and Keep anyway
you can get the torrent file without modifying...
or click on Settings, find Privacy and Security at left side toggle Security
check No protection (Not recommended) Turn Offand put it back to Standard Protection after downloading…
or try switching different browsers...
