Need help uploading multiple parts of my movie.

I'm new.
I have a movie that is broken into 4 parts.
I don't know how to upload all four parts of my movie on one post. When I try to upload all four parts of my movie, I can only upload one part at a time per post. So, I can only share just one file per post.
I searched for 15 minutes on how to do this and couldn't find the directions.
Can some link me the directions or show me how to do this ?

If the movie is in four parts, is there a higher quality, single-file version available? Or are these 1GB+ scenes from a recent video?
For multiple files, simply put them in a folder and make a torrent of the entire folder.
