여기서 토렌트 업로드 불법 여부

한국은 어떠한 성인물이든 간에 업로드하는 것 자체가 불법이라고 하던데 토렌트의 특성상 다운로드와 동시에 업로드가 자동으로 될 수 밖에 없잖아요 비록 여기가 해외서버를 둔 사이트긴 하다만 결국 우리나라 아이피로 그동안 다운받는 동시에 업로드를 했으니 유포자로서 걸릴 수도 있을까요??

토렌트의 특성 상 저작권으로 신고하지않는 이상 따로 문제되기 힘들거예요
