Please help - Mac Catalina and Folx - Download ratio not reconciling correctly

I have been trying to wrap my head around this but to no avail. please help.
since i have a mac running catalina, i cant use utorrent as a downloader.
instead, i am using Folx. i am running into meeting the gaytorrent ratio threshold for some reason.
i have uploaded about about 220GB and many other torrents are seeding but my UL to DL ratio has not budged.
see attached.
Not sure why the folx downloading amount is not reconciling with gaytorrent. if that happened my ratio would have increased without fail.
please help and guide! any recommendations are welcome!i couldn't use the chat or help desk email feature because both of those are grayed out.
