求救，账号无辜被Ban

账号提示被Ban，理由是同一IP拥有两个账户。
但是我看管理员邮件里那另一个账户我根本不知道是谁。。。
后来我看了一下管理员警告邮件发送的时间，似乎是我上班手机登陆的时候，但是手机流量登陆IP有时候是错乱的。
那个账户最后活跃时间是1年前了都，而我那时候都没注册，我从注册到现在一直活跃的，要是重复早就该被Ban了，我真的无辜惹。
现在不知道该怎么办，管理邮件里最后也提示不要试图任何形式的狡辩。我都不敢回复。
我似乎只能通过删除那个重复账户来解封，但是我真的不知道那个账户是谁。怎么办惹？ :cry2:
