Question about port forwarding

I'm trying to get my ports open for qbitorrent but for some reason it doesn't work
I've already set different ports on my router (8999 and 34914 for example), added windows firewall exceptions, and tried enabling and disabling the router's firewall, dmz and UPnP
What else do I have to do?
