Gym bod or dad bod

Are you a gym bod or a dad bod? which do you prefer? what about your partner?

I'm not lean enough to be gym bod,
not fat enough to be dad bod,
so I guess I'm dad-gym bod if you ask a twink,
gym-dad bod if you ask the bears, -
I hate that "dad bod" has come to mean out of shape, rather than the original description. I personally like a nice balance of both muscle and fat, and I'm currently working on trying to improve my own ratio.
