2019-01-07更新的公告头条，提及的日常限制是什么意思？具体怎么限制法啊？
我最近搬家了，所以近期这个网站是在别的地方登陆的，然后发现下载速度不正常呀，难道我账户是被限制了下载速度了。然后我打开了helpdesk，按照上面的方法进行重置、改密的操作，然后过了24小时，拿了几个freeleech的种子来测试，网速还是很慢呀，就100k-200k左右，我现在用的是100兆的电信宽带啊，不可能这么慢的。
这更新的规则是咋回事啊，没看到详细的限制机制？
