Drink water, a lot, everyday, all day long.
You can eat/drink anything you want… as long as you drink a lot of water and eat fruits and vegetables.
Protect yourself from the sun. A little exercise is good to, walk, take the stairs and a relaxing swimming session.

This strikes me as "feel-good" dietary advice, involving a vague and a broad claim that could easily be helpful or harmful.

It's also confusing and incomplete as written.  Do us a favor and provide a few sources (medical journals, reputable health magazines, etc.) to support your claim with additional clarity and details.  Thanks.

Some guides like to point out the color of urine while doing this. They say that if your urine is clear, you are healthy enough and the toxins are all being flushed out.

It's about as common sense-y like dropping a few slices of lemon in your pitcher of water. Something that feels very inconsequential but supposedly has a lot of benefits.
