Kansas - another place to not donate sperm

A Kansas judge ordered sperm donor to pay child support for kid born to a lesbian couple via his sperm.
This seems to be pretty common. Women signing contracts for donated jizz then when they have the kid they go after the sperm donor for child support.
It reminds me of surrogates keeping the baby, then demanding child support.
