What supplements do you take?

i went back to working out this week, and i got back into whey protein, what other sups do you guys take?

Unless you count coffee for the caffeine, just protein.
The other stuff is a waste of money, imo.

Whey protein is what I've stuck with. I've tried L-glutamine and didn't notice a difference. Creatine gives me an energy boost so I'm more focused on form when I work out.
