Botham Jean was killed while doing nothing because officer Amber Guyger walked into what she thought was her own place and mistook him for an intruder and shot him.

So many wrongs with this story. But the most important question is what drugs was she on not to notice the difference!?
Speaking of which, the department is now trying to smear the guy saying he had marijuana.

Even if he were sniffing meth out of a prostitute's arse, she shouldn't have walked into his place — at least without a warrant — and shot him in the dark!!
This is frightening and disheartening and the department trying to save one of their own at all costs in this case is disgusting.

        That's some fucked up stuff.

However, it does seem to be a typical practice by the police when one of their own fuck up.
