Music Streaming Services?

I'm looking for a service that has the functionality of uploading your local music files and listen to it on your phone
any suggestions?
not Spotify and the like which have their own content
Just like Google Drive where you can access your files anywhere, but for music which you can access and listen

Amazon music might work. I've used it in the past. I wish it had more features like Spotify, but I really don't like Apple nor itunes so I was looking for alternatives.

I just use spotify, so far its been good. Lots of choices an good music. i dont use tha pay version though .
