请问怎么把资源上传到“FreeLeech”区呀？

我用的utorrent一键上传再校检的上传方式，请问怎么弄到“FreeLeech”区呢？想弄刷点上传量，Ratio太低了 :blownose:

在网站上打开想换成Freeleach的资源。 在下载键上方可以选择用Seedbonus把资源换成Freeleach.
注意：资源必须上传超过7天才能换。不同大小资源所需Seedbonus是不一样的， 还有时间是按用了多少Seedbonus来决定的。
