Help identifying a song (song link provided)

Hi! I heard this song during the Olympics at the end of the men's skating event before the venue ceremony. I have been trying everything to find the song, to no avail. I've uploaded to music identifying sites, I've asked on other forums, I've search what little lyrics I could make out. No luck anywhere. Nothing even close.
