Visual Novel Reader and Text Hooking Help needed

Hi so recently my visual novel reader stopped translating my vn games.
I wanted to use ITH but windows updated automatically and it stopped working says couldnt attach ITH to process.
Can anybody help me? I just want to play my vn games in somewhat translated english
