I wonder if it is possible to fire Mueller while Congress is "not in session".
Although there might be some rule about not being allowed to fire Mueller while Congress is not in session.. technically, Congress still is in session.. because of a stunt they are pulling to prevent Trump from appointing people without confirmation while Congress is not in session.
I'm thinking that because Congress is still technically, but not physically in session.. Trump could fire Herr Mueller, and Congress couldn't do anything about it since they are not physically in session.

I'm not really a fan of Bill due to DOMA and DADT, but I do think Ken Starr was brought in to get Bill at any cost for anything they could find.
