Are discussions about VPN protocols allowed on the forum?
There don't seem to be any posts appearing in the search.

You can discuss it, but make sure you use the correct forums.
The forum sections with the site name, is only for discussing the site. If it's a general discussion about VPNs then use the computer sections. Of course, there can and usually is overlap in the discussions, so use your best judgement.
