i'm searching for shopping websites to find gay pulp fiction…
stuff from like the 50's 60's and 70's and ~200 page books about the size of a modern mass market paper back
i have a meager collection of only three books at this point from two different sellers who's main angle is rare/vintage, minority, and subcultures
but was wondering if there was such a thing as a vendor/s that specialized in this sort of thing
hoping to keep the purchase price as low as possible but not much more than twenty usd.
trying to find certain books is hard, not just because they're rare/out-of-print,
but there's authors with multiple pseudonyms and lack of isbn.

also, if you have a favorite book or author - who, what, and a description of why.
further, i'd like to find resources on the history of gay pulp fiction, so any recommendations there too.

Sadly, I haven't really found a reliable source for online purchases, outside of Amazon; you just have to know what you're looking for, unfortunately.

Couple good books on the history of Gay Pulp (both with fantastic recommendations):

        Queer Pulp https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0811830209/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

        Pulp Friction https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0312252676/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Of the two, Pulp Friction covers the most history but is a bit "scholarly" and Queer Pulp skews more towards the cover art. But again, both are great resources

And if all else fails and you find yourself in San Francisco, you MUST go to Auto Erotica in the Castro. Pretty good selection of pulp (vast majority of mine has come from there) and it's grouped by price.
