Ever since the site has change problem with user leaving and requesting from comment w/c is forbidden,
we don't know who the person we are dealing with, so some users are abusing comment, because of these and is very annoying ...Now we don't know who the users is either and how to stop them or report them, Anonymous who ???

I know that flag is report icon however I am referring to anonymous leaving comment, what's the point of being anonymous ...

@john32123666 I suspect that while a commenter is displayed as "Anonymous" to us mere mortals, moderators and other site officials can see exactly who left it.
You simply report the comment. Moderators will work out who left it and, if they're a repeat offender, what level of penalty is appropriate.

As @kevin4fm pointed out, the staff always sees who the person actually is, regardless of their security settings.
If the report button is available, use that. If it's not, you can use the helpdesk and provide a link to the torrent.

Or are you talking now about conversations via Comments, rather than reporting inappropriate ones? If so, and there are several commenters, so who you're replying to might be misinterpreted, simply "quote" rather than reply. You can edit the quote down, so it's just a few words, if necessary, but that avoids any doubt.

@Kevin4fm when there is convo for like example 10 pages and many ppl in the comment section. i would want to know who im talking to because it can go to misleading situations. it would help if every commenter gets like user 1 user 2 user 3 etc so no need to know the username and someone wants to be anonymous. its not like i want to know the person but i want to know im talking to the same person

I think it's reasonable for someone to want to remain anonymous in a forum where it could be argued they were participating in legally questionable activities.
