Is asking for donations (kofi, paypal etc) prohibited here?

I am curious if this is even allowed in this site.
Does it need to have a good enough justification to receive donations? for example, the porn that i want is too niche that its not available anywhere yet, so you pay out of pocket to get it and decide it must be shared/seeded in here.
now you're not asking for much, just a $1 or $2 tip/kofi etc.
