Does anyone know what exercises will help slim down your face?

Breaststroke swimming in the pool - but it will take a long time as the water tones the muscles of the face.  Breastroke unlike other strokes has the face pushing against the water.

I also saw some "exercises" on line to tone fascial muscles but not sure if they might cause unwanted side effects such as sagging later in life, but I've never seen a swimmer with that problem on the face.

Lastly are you happy that the overall fat content (% Body fat) is about right ?  If you reduce fat (by diet or exercise) then that will also thin out the face.

        Hope that helps

          Surgery might help

          Joking but seriously lol

If your body fat is low enough your face should slim down.

That's tough! I'll be following this thread to learn if it's possible to burn face fat naturally…

Meanwhile, there is the option of doing a bichectomy!
