ACCOUNT ISSUE AFTER FORUM DOMAIN MIGRATION

I lost access to the account I was using in community.gaytorrent.ru after the migration. First I received a notification that my name was not available, and it was then set to "ianfontinell 1" so I logged out, when I came back it happened again and it was then "ianfontinell 2".
I want my old account back this is not nice

account from main is now syncing to forum w/c you are no longer to login twice and is very convenient ...
(however .ru is is till accessible but you may no longer see current post) ...those temporay nos. 0-1 has also disappear from your temp user account ...
I may suggest not to tamper or trying to delete your forum account as it may impact and affect your original account status ...

sorry guys.. should be fixed now, btw i merged everything from those odd acounts to its real owner and remapped everything accordingly

It's not. It's funny, for years I couldn't log in to the forum. That got fixed a few months ago for a lot of people, but with an extra "0" on the account name. Now it's really fixed, but at the 'cost' of no longer being connected to the account that initially let us log into the forum.
Ultimately this approach is probably best, but it's definitely weird.
Also, could our cookies last more than a few hours? I don't understand why we get logged out so quickly.

OK weird: my old (-0) posts (ex: https://community.gaytor.rent/topic/68693/finding-new-friends/2?_=1775692681178) now show this username, but none of the details are in my profile (like, if I visit my profile, I show as having 1 (now with this, 2) comments), so I'm not sure how 'merged' it is, or if we're just waiting on some underlying DB to update?

Finally, I'm able to sign in to the forum but all my posts disappeared and i had to block a bunch of people again

I’d like to apologize once again. This forum login bug has actually existed for many years now, and it has more or less corrupted the entire database. I’ve made several attempts to delete these new accounts and merge the posts from those accounts back into the original accounts. Apparently, that still hasn’t worked everywhere.
I’m going to take another look at it later, but I’m afraid I may not be able to fix it perfectly. I hope you can live with it to some extent. At the very least, you should now be able to log back into your normal accounts again. I hope that at least worked.
This bug was so severe and so complicated, and over the past few years I simply didn’t have the time or the nerves to deal with it. Once again, I’m very, very sorry.
