USA broadcast licensees always have obligation to serve their communities honestly & end of "Fairness Doctrine" did not end that, is not what I was talking about.
Disney & ABC centrally imposing KimmelLies & KimmelKrap on their affiliate licensed local broadcasters is not licensees serving their communities honestly.
Trump merely cajoles & allows the system to work as it was always meant to, where local licensees take their obligations seriously & object to public lies & harms imposed on them centrally. Local licensees come back to life, after years of central dictatorship that gave lying, toxic results.
