Rep.-elect Greg Gianforte (R-Mont.) is due in court for sentencing Monday after he was charged with misdemeanor assault on the eve of his election for body slamming a reporter.

Montana’s Gallantin County Court ordered Thursday that Gianfort appear Monday June 12 at 10 a.m. for an "initial appearance, arraignment and sentencing."

I saw this and couldn't help but think about Gianforte.  Celine Dion had a very similar issue with a reporter.  She handled it beautifully.

He does need to be prosecuted. Let him be an example of what happens when you attack reporters.

Gianforte is a great example of why early voting needs to be admonished.  Everybody should be voting with the exact same information.

              AMEN TO THAT!
In Florida, supposedly 40% of people voted EARLY in the 2016 election!  That was a huge advantage for Ms. Clinton.

It used to be that people needed a damn good reason to do early voting.. such as being overseas.  Now, anybody can do early voting without giving any reason at all.

Not only is there early voting, but people doing early voting can CHANGE their votes!  Quite a few people that early voted for Hillary later changed their votes to anybody OTHER than Hillary.

That brings up another issue.  In any state where no candidate gets at least 50% of the votes, they should do a second election with just the two top candidates.  That would eliminate handing the electoral votes for an entire state over to the wrong candidate just because of 3rd party interference such as from Jill Stein, etc.
