Who's the hunk and which movie?

I saw these pictures on Twitter and the poster said that they're from video Academy Men -The Collector, but I couldn't find them after watching the whole video.Based on previews added at the end of video Academy Men - Men in Training, I suspect the pictures are actually from The Collection, not Collector. However, I can't find any information about this video online.
I would appreciate it if you could upload the movie or help me identify this guy. Thanks!
