Who is this Hung "망구" Asian Guy on Twitter?

I've seen his pictures floating around twitter for some years now and they were all from different accounts, some being Chinese or Korean. I noticed that they tend to have comments referring to a person called 망구, and i managed to find abandoned accounts with the pictures who i presume are the same person. I can't find those accounts anymore but they always start with 'ccchh' then 2 numbers.
