@Zachman I tried reverse image search as well, it got me to this IAFD page:
https://www.iafd.com/person.rme/id=be198567-3a52-4da6-a980-c6015c126ef3It points to William Higgins as producer, the movie being "Helping Hands Volume 1"
The film is available on PornoLab, there the guy also has an alternative alias (Tomas) but I failed to find anything else.
